As the closest descendant of General Otto von Bismarck, I am also the descendant of many other military generals and officers.   Criminal justice, as a field traditionally and originally part of a military force, and still structured as a militia in many parts of the world, has evolved into the American-style police force now familiar to most.   My great-grandfather, U.S. President Theodore Roosevelt, pioneered criminal justice efforts during his administration.   Before his presidency, Theodore Roosevelt helped found the first police department in the United States, in New York City.   President Theodore Roosevelt also helped found the U.S. Marshals, which at the time was a predecessor to today’s Federal Bureau of Investigation.  

The graduate criminal justice education I previously obtained has many good aspects such as its use in international relations and sociology, the limited criminal law assistance I have obtained and in having more information with which to fight identity and estate theft.   With a 3.67 grade point average in all graduate criminal justice coursework (cum laude), I was a member of the Alpha Phi Sigma criminal justice honor society during my studies and was encouraged to continue at the doctoral level, which I am still considering.

As German chancellor, Otto von Bismarck implemented many social programs to regulate businesses, industries and societies during his tenure, and as a descendant I thus find criminal justice also complements my business education.   Although I do not approve of several of the privatization programs being implemented today, I am familiar with for-profit prisons, rehabilitation programs run by corporations and commercial security services (both domestic and international).   As a descendant of several Generals, I am particularly well trained to examine how business fits into today’s military industrial complex.   Although I do not approve of ‘corporate justice’ or ‘warmongering for profit’, it is my hope to help in the regulation of these types of businesses with my criminal justice education.   I am strongly against the recent initiative allowing foreign nationals to do U.S. government jobs, both in the private and public sector, and feel this should be permanently forbidden immediately.

A lot has changed in criminal justice since my great-grandfather’s Presidency, and one would have to wonder whether this profession has remained ethical amidst these developments.   I daresay it has not, and that today’s modern complaints of racial profiling in the criminal justice system be replaced with the more all-encompassing term genetic profiling.   My graduate criminal justice education has made me more aware of the discrepancies in law enforcement’s treatment of the American populace, including their treatment of minority groups and those with inadequate access to legal services.   I personally have faced discrimination based on ancestry, religion, nationality, gender, ethnicity and marital status from American and British law enforcement, despite having more education and experience in the subject than many of them do.  

Unfortunately, justice must be bought in the United States, from not being targeted by law enforcement in the first place, to affording an attorney, to the selection of a jury, judge and court of venue.   Criminal procedure laws are routinely ignored by American law enforcement, so that just about anyone from any country in the world may eavesdrop on telecommunication services U.S. citizens routinely use within their own borders.   Organized crime routinely supports British and American law enforcement in obtaining this information and yet these corrupt government agencies are never held accountable.     Both the media and American law enforcement unfairly target Americans based on their ancestry and religion, in violation of our civil rights and in violation of the U.S. Monroe Doctrine.   As a U.S. citizen and a Descendant of American Revolutionaries, I have a right to be told of my biological ancestry by the U.S. and U.K. governments in a timely manner and before harassment by the media, American law enforcement and the British monarchy begin.   Unfortunately, there is no retribution in the U.S. criminal justice system and the damages and thefts incurred by these perpetrators (including those in the U.K., Canadian or U.S. government) are often never recovered.  

No other descendant of a U.S. President has had to tolerate so many illegal impostors to their good name and personal property.   Despite my DNA showing a rare recessive matrilineal birth defect, anyone and everyone thinks they can be the only living descendant of U.S. President Theodore Roosevelt and a British royal copyright holder.   Few others can trace their ancestry one thousand years back, but it is obvious I am being discriminated against by the U.S. and U.K. governments based on my British royal copyright title to Wessex.   Mostly of German ancestry (15/16), the original Celtic stock I have (1/16) appears to be a threat enough to the present historically inaccurate British monarchy to create chronic problems.

Many may wonder why I do not list my Master of Science in Criminal Justice on my profile page, or why I haven’t promoted my education in this subject more in the past.   The simple answer is that as a Soviet/Russian KGB signals intelligence informant, I have not and never will work for the United States, Canadian or United Kingdom governments, and that discussing this aspect of my education, including the university I attended to obtain this degree, appears to confuse people concerning this fact.   I resent the genetic profiling discrimination and lack of support by the United States and United Kingdom law enforcement and intelligence agencies concerning identity theft and Wessex.   Due to the United States’ and United Kingdom’s negligence in treating my biological family and me fairly, most of the support I receive in dealing with British interference with Wessex is international in origin.   It only makes sense to adjust my education listings accordingly to appeal to my international supporters and to emphasize that I am not and never will be an employee of the U.S., Canadian or U.K. governments.
